Turmeric milk
Whatever cure caused by cough, it can be treated with turmeric milk. It is used in food, but turmeric is also full of medicinal properties. Add turmeric to half a teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of hot milk, it provides relief in cough and cold. Drink it before sleeping at night and get relief faster. How to make ginger tea

Take a little juice from ginger and give some basil leaves of Tulsi and add some honey in it and consume it also provides relief to cough.

Boil the linseed seeds - flax seeds - sprinkle the seeds of linseed. Sipping it a little lemon and adding honey in it helps in cough and cold.

In pomegranate juice, cough gets relief by putting a little bit of ginger and papula powder.

Mix one or half spoon turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon powder in half glasses of water. Mix two teaspoons of honey in it, boil it for five minutes and drink it. It will give relief in cough and colds.

Mix half a teaspoon honey with a little lemon juice and lentils sugar powder, take it twice a day to cure cough and colds.

If there is mucus also with cough, then take half a teaspoon black pepper and mix it with ghee and eat it.
Fry garlic buds in ghee and eat hot hot.
